Zusammenfassung:Hotels and residential buildings are as susceptible to poor indoor air quality as commercial office facilities are. Considering the age of many of the buildings in major metropolitan areas, the potential for widespread water damage within walls, ceilings, and similar voids increases as the commonly used iron piping deteriorates over time, but newer residential construction can also be prone to indoor microbial growth caused by moisture.
