Zusammenfassung:The once wild and unruly landscape of BPM software has evolved into a far more tame and homogenous set of products. Today it is harder to frame decisions around traditional feature/function lists, as competitive pressures and vendor consolidation have blurred the lines of distinction between competitive offerings and capabilities.
