Courting business: Proposed legislation to create a commerce court could improve Pennsylvania's business climate

For businesses, going to court can mean a lot of things. Sometimes, it's a hassle, as when being sued by a competitor or consumer. Other times, courts will resolve disputes with employees over such matters as job discrimination, firings and workers' compensation. And it also can be a way to get things done when other methods have failed, when you are the one calling the attorney and filing the lawsuit.
