On the road again: A solid trade strategy or just extravagant trips on taxpayer dollars?

Anyone who's heard Gov. Tom Ridge discuss the state's place in the evolving global market has likely heard him emphasize his goal of making Pennsylvania "a leader among states and a competitor among nations."
