Eye on Harrisburg: Better business: New survey says business is taking to Pennsylvania
In the past several years, an annual survey of state business leaders about the climate for business in Pennsylvania produced accurate statistics. But the inclination was to call them lies--especially when more than half of those surveyed said they would leave Pennsylvania if they could.
