Zusammenfassung: | The student dining services department at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, has made several dramatic changes to its program over the last several years to make it one of the most progressive college dining services programs today. Changes include: 1. the introduction of revamped meal plan options to offer customers maximum flexibility, 2. the renovation of one the company's; busiest dining halls into an upscale marketplace, and 3. the opening next month of the department's new Culinary Support Center, which was designed to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs by centralizing many food production and warehousing facilities. These changes have resulted in higher participation rates, nearly record customer satisfaction and anticipated cost savings. |
