The outrageous growth of executive compensation must be stopped. 2. Through independent nominating committees, better boards must be created. 3. A constant review of succession planning is required, and bench strength must be sufficient to enhance and extend leadership. 4. Directors have a duty to cleans the boards of underperforming directors who collect pay but don't add value.
