A good friend of mine will be graduating from a Roman Catholic seminary this spring. In addition to all the academic classes, seminarians go through a series of classes designed to equip them with the skills they will need for ministry, including things like confessional counseling, preaching and liturgical leadership. In some seminaries, they are required to lead "mock" liturgies that may be videotaped and then subsequently critiqued by fellow classmates and instructors.
