Zusammenfassung:Some of what the author learned in college days has stayed with her and one lesson in particular came to mind when she was reading the latest soft drink-bashing report from the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI). The report, Raw Deal: School Beverage Contracts Less Lucrative Than They Seem, is based on a study conducted by CSPI and the Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI). CSPI not only depicts the beverage industry as predatory, but also employs appeal to emotion, another logical fallacy to suggest that innocent children are the prey.
