MEET NAPL'S NEW CHIEF, JOE TRUNCALE

New NAPL chief Joe Truncate hails from New Jersey, where he currently lives with his wife, Karen, and his 15-year-old son, Alex. After graduating from college, he earned a master's degree in organizational studies. An avid sports fan, Truncale joined NAPL nearly two decades ago, coming up from the ranks of membership manager to executive vice president, and this year replacing I. Gregg Van alert as president. Truncate notes that printing is changing fundamentally and permanently - it is becoming an industry that provides clients with business communications and that helps them, in turn, better service their own customers.
