New ribbon recognizes deployed airmen

The Air Force will give an Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon award to Air Force active duty, Reserve and Guard members, who completed a contingency deployment after October 1, 1991. Mitchell discusses the requirements to qualify for the award.
