Zusammenfassung:A growing number of lawyers are attracted to the concept of working part-time at home, for a variety of reasons. Valuable advice on how to make it work is presented. Isolation is a common concern of home-based practitioners. Some colleagues make it a careful practice to attend bar association meetings regularly. It is necessary to have a physically defined space for the office. It must be quiet, so that conversations with clients can be done in a professional manner. Work-at-home attorneys should not skimp on technology. Overall, the minimal overhead allows an attorney flexibility and the opportunity to make a decent living.
