Zusammenfassung:The asynchronous static RAM segment will dominate the static RAM market over the next few years. The two major end-use applications for this segment are networking for faster speed grade (less than 20ns) and low-power applications for slower speed grade products (greater than 55ns). Migration to higher-density devices will cause the market for lower-density products, such as 64Kbit, 256Kbit, 512Kbit and slow 1Mbit models, to decline to virtually zero by 2005.
