Global design is becoming more important every day because the resources required to handle increasing design complexity are not available in one geographic location. Global design will remain a fashion statement unless companies develop a global design discipline, evolve their solutions for repeatability and scalability across the enterprise, and change the way methodology solutions are developed, documented, and refined.
