Zusammenfassung: | If you are a human resource (HR) director or other manager in charge of your credit union's health benefits, You search for ways to control spiraling costs and maintain health-care coverage that is fair and attractive to employees. But it is a tougher balancing act with each passing year. Overall, credit unions now pay an average of $88,305 a year for employees' vision, dental, and health-care benefits, according to Credit Union Executive Journal's 2001 Credit Union Staff Benefits Survey Report. That is up from $69,842 as reported in the 1998 survey, or a 26% increase. |
