During a year when executive options have become symbolic of corporate greed, the feds are looking into allegations that Norling parlayed options given to him by Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefit management firm that had him on its board, into a cool $4 million profit around the time that Express signed a 10-year contract with Premier.
