Zusammenfassung: | Questions on easy access for often-used files in Office 2007, putting the office calculator where it belongs -- on the page you're working on, and transposing an excel table are answered. The pushpin icons are real tools -- an upgrade of Recent Documents that makes it much more handy -- not quite a shortcut but more than just a listing under the Recent Documents heading. The Calculator can do appear it is needed. In fact, you can even evoke the Calculator to sit atop a Word document, or, for that matter, an Outlook e-mail or most any other application. It takes just a single click to snap it to attention. In transposing a table, just highlight the ranges you want to transpose and copy (Ctrl+C) them. Then place your cursor in a clear area in your spreadsheet and right-click and select Paste Special. |
