Zusammenfassung: | Representatives of the Big Six accounting firms indicate that diversity and flexibility programs have helped improve advancement and retention of their most qualified women and men. Accountants with child care responsibilities are provided the opportunity to work reduced schedules for the majority of the year and increased schedules during tax season. Additional services such as referral services and employee assistance programs are used to ensure that barriers to advancement will be minimized. |
