Zusammenfassung:	As part of a capital improvement program, the Lynn (MA) Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant replaced its supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to centralize monitoring and control of wastewater treatment processes. To address risks associated with site conditions, facility evaluated and implemented wireless communications technology as an alternative to a planned fiber optic system.
