Zusammenfassung: | Groupware can help HR fulfill many of its responsibilities, such as increased responsiveness of employees to one another and greater satisfaction with the employer and the workplace. The corporate intranet affords HR some of the highest gains now available from groupware. Intranets provide a self-service system employees can use to conduct many HR-related activities - without involving the HR staff. Groupware systems can automate such business functions as routing and reviewing policy statements. Groupware can also allow HR to review job postings and submit applications and resumes on behalf of their clients. HR professionals need to keep reminding groupware developers of the need for more applications that can be adapted and customized. |
