The International Trombone Association Archives and the Glenn D. Bridges Archives

The International Trombone Association (ITA) Archives and the Glenn D Bridges Archives have come together at Columbus State University, allowing for the Bridges Collection to be available to researchers and the public for the first time since 1988 when the collection, memorabilia, and various books and letters, including Bridges' editions of Pioneers in Brass was donated to ITA. Added to the collection is twenty years of papers and books of discographic research donated by Paul T Jackson, Glenn Bridges' nephew. The Glenn Bridges Collection is a premiere compilation of historic sound recordings: cylinders, 78 rpms, and LPs of brass soloists of late-nineteenth and early-twentieth century.
