Zusammenfassung: | The Ability Explorer (AE) states that everyone has abilities. The AE helps people find out which abilities are their best and presents a methodology to develop individual abilities through activities and coursework. By creating an Ability Profile, individuals can connect their abilities to educational and/or career planning. This article is about interpreting and maximizing the benefits from the results of the AE. An assumption of the AE is that people are usually happiest when they use their best abilities. The AE was designed to allow individuals to complete a self-exploration of their abilities and then relate this information to career and/or educational planning. Chaos theory accepts the reality of chaotic confusing environments, chaotic confusing families and friends, the power of self-beliefs, and self-trust and the positive acceptance of flexibility and the willingness to endure less structure than some other individuals. |
