Zusammenfassung:Social networking sites have grown in popularity over the last few years, particularly among teenagers and young adults. These are often the populations that academic institutions reach out to for both recruitment and retention. Landis introduces a few of the many examples of how libraries are using social networking sites and gives both librarians and researchers the initial points for staying current on this topic.
