Unfortunately, the risks of excessive costs and flawed business solutions are no less evident in updated environments; and administrative, technical, and project management controls are no less critical. Issues explored in relationship to this include: 1. managing the project, 2. reengineering practices, 3. building the program, and 4. testing the system.
