Overview of Dr. Garfield's Memorial Event

This article reports overview of the scientific symposium held at Philadelphia, USA as a commemoration and celebration of the life of Dr. Eugene Garfield on September 15-16, 2017. During the symposium, over and over in the engaging talks, a couple of themes emerged that emphasized Dr. Garfield’s creativity, mind for willingness to experiment, and his inability to give up on his ideas.
