The annual elections at erstwhile credit union-convert Columbia CU were thrown into disarray again last week when a state court ordered the credit union to reinstate two directors and three members of its supervisory committee it had expelled over their three-year fight over a failed attempt to convert to a mutual savings bank. Judge Casey ruled that last month's expulsion of the five officers violated state law, which requires a special meeting of the membership for the expulsion of elected officials.
