Zusammenfassung:Cracraft et al discuss how peer evaluations are useful and how they are used in US soldier training at JFK Special Warfare Center and School. Peer evaluation has been used by the military to provide unsolicited feedback that can serve to motivate Soldiers to improve if they are lacking in some areas and helps ensure a level of performance within the unit. Soldiers receive feedback about their skills and abilities from sources such as supervisors, psychological tests, skill tests, and their peer group in training or in the job.
