Zusammenfassung: | WHEN I FIRST began telling stories in 1967, one of the stories I told was Harold Courlander's, "The Tiger's Whisker." It is the story of a woman who finds the path to reaching the emotions of her husband, a shell-shocked war veteran, by first taming a wild tiger. Since that time I have told, with pleasure and continued admiration, stories from almost all of Mr. Courlander's collections, and whenever I have told them Courlander tales have been well received by both adults and children. |
