Contrary to all expectations, branches can be revitalized and can lead all other channels in the revenue generation critical for banking's future. The role model for the branch of the future is none other than the World Wide Web. Community banks are uniquely qualified to bring the best of the Web's value to the branch more quickly, combining added value with "face to face" relationship building. |
