"Bill" Hime, 91, died on June 6 in Glenview, IL. Structural and forensics engineer Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc confirmed the death of its former senior principal, which follows by days the death of John M. Hanson, the firm's former president and structural collapse investigative expert. Hime joined Wiss, Janney in 1984, when it acquired Erlin, Hime Associates, which he had co-founded 12 years earlier with Bernard Erlin.
