In 2001, Apple revealed to people the iPod, the now ancient forerunner to i-everything; in 2013, a notable company in San Francisco showed them a (literal) glimpse of what lay ahead with Google Glass; and in 2016, a start-up company within Google took augmented reality a step further with perhaps the "greatest" technology of all: Pokemon Go. Throughout the last 16 years, these and many other technological innovations have reshaped the human experience.
