Zusammenfassung: | In December 2015, Chicago-based Crowe Horwath announced the adoption of a permanent "mobility strategy." The strategy consists of two policies, both integral to the firm's approach to attracting and retaining the profession's best talent and providing exceptional service to its clients. One policy, "What to Wear," permits team members who are in the office but not meeting with clients to keep it casual and wear jeans any day of the week. The other, "Where to Work," allows team members, with the support of their performance manager, to work wherever it is convenient and they are most productive. One of the hallmarks of a great place to work is asking people what is important to them, and Crowe has a long history of doing that. This summer, firm leadership will assess how the two policies are working and see what they need to do to improve. |
