Zusammenfassung: | At times, what the Palestinian Authority Security Forces request in terms of training is at odds with what the government of Israel is comfortable approving and with what is allowed under U.S. law and subject to congressional oversight. Because JIM teams are diverse and work toward a broad goal, different interests will likely surface that can potentially stall progress. The Army must seek opportunities to train and develop leaders to effectively operate on a JIM team by increasing the leader's ability to bridge the tactical and strategic levels of war across a range of military operations. |
