Zusammenfassung: | In an interview, Tatiana Sehring, Director of Corporate & Strategic Relationships at American Public University System, talked about leadership. Sehring said that over the last few years, they've begun to see leaders speaking more openly about their leadership styles. They have sparked conversation with new approaches like conscious capitalism. This and other key changes have come from great leadership, vision and culture that serve to empower, develop, believe, care for, and ultimately inspire employees. There's no limit to what can be accomplished when you see organizations transform by combining individual and leadership development together to create an empowered, passionate and purposeful employee culture. The most important takeaway from a leadership standpoint is to remember that the overall ROI of these practices can't be fully realized in a short-term strategy, or if they're only applied in certain silos within an organization. As leaders, we must continuously challenge ourselves to build sustainable development strategies. |
