Zusammenfassung: | Two IREM executives shared their views on how they will regulate its usage on the properties they manage with the recent legalization of recreational marijuana usage. American Management Services LLC co-founder and principal Stan Harrelson said he is actually a proponent of legalization in that decriminalizing it should eventually reduce the burden placed on law enforcement and, similar to other vices like tobacco and alcohol, will require more taxation and administration. Along with the right to use marijuana is the right to grow it for your own use. Meanwhile, Bell-Anderson & Associates LLC senior property manager Ken Allen said he does not believe that they need to regulate recreational marijuana since the state of Washington has one of the toughest laws in the US when it comes to smoking. |
