Zusammenfassung:Chinese firms are the fastest growing filers in the 2013 PCT Survey, but Shiga and Sakai of Japan jump up the worldwide rankings and there are new top firms in both Australia and Italy. The fastest growing firms in China in 2012 were Beijing San Gao Yong Xin and Leader Patent & Trademark Firm, rising to 242 and 435 applications respectively, while Beijing Zbsd Patent & Trademark Agent was fifth with 333. US firm Shumaker & Sieffert placed fourth. The biggest filer in the world remains China-Pat Intellectual Property Office, with 1772.
