Zusammenfassung: | Two very different approaches to resolving intracompany conflicts are presented. The first method uses a neutral facilitator to mediate between the groups by offering compromises and inter-group understanding. The second approach uses a neutral administrator to help each group understand and accept what its view of their ideal inter-group relationship should be. Two case studies exemplifying these 2 approaches are presented and discussed in detail. It is concluded that an interface conflict-resolving model is preferred over an interpersonal facilitator model (the limitations of which are discussed). (wz) |
