Zusammenfassung: | A question on how to cover practice overhead costs is answered. Because you are in private practice and responsible for a portion of the monthly expenses to keep your practice open, consider purchasing a business overhead expense (BOE) disability insurance policy in addition to your personal disability insurance policy. BOE disability insurance reimburses owners of small businesses, such as medical practices, for up to 100% of covered overhead expenses incurred and paid that are normal, necessary, and customary in the continued operation of the business while the insured is disabled. |
