Zusammenfassung:The author had the pleasure of attending the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs' 10th anniversary gala in Vancouver earlier this year. CGA-Canada was proud to be a sponsor. He was struck by a couple of things in particular: the incredible energy and enthusiasm in the room, and the notable mix of both accomplished and aspiring businesswomen. Clearly this organization is very good at fostering mentoring. Indeed, through its formal mentorship program, sponsored by HSBC, it has successfully partnered some 400 participants. That got him thinking about the importance of mentoring, something they strongly encourage at CGA-Canada.
