Zusammenfassung:In the temperature spectrum of internal friction, shear modulus and thermal expansion of YBaCuO ceramics m me temperature area 80-300 K are observed different effects conditioned by phase transformation processes (92-150 K) and redistribution of defects which are occurred by action of mechanical stress field and heating processes. Activation characteristics of relaxation processes are determined.
