Fluorescence detection of alkaline phosphatase activity with [small beta]-cyclodextrin-modified quantum dots

An alkaline phosphatase activity detection system was constructed based on the different quenching effect of the enzyme substrate and product on the [small beta]-CD-functionalized CdTe QDs.
