Feasibility Study on Establishing a Branch of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Shanghai
By the methods of literature study and logic analysis, the paper anlyzes the necessity and feasibility of setting up a branch of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Shanghai and discusses the possible existing problems so as to seek the means of resolution for the growing sport disputes.
