Apolipoprotein B-48 as a determinant of endothelial function in obese subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus: Effect of fenofibrate treatment

Highlights ► Elevated triglyceride-rich lipoproteins may contribute to endothelial dysfunction. ► We examine the effect of fenofibrate on triglyceride-rich lipoproteins and FMD. ► We now show that decrease in plasma apoB-48 is associated with improvement in FMD.
