Zusammenfassung:We have investigated magnetization ( M ) and magnetoresistance (MR) of CaCu 3 Ti 4− x Ru x O 12 ( x =0, 1.5, and 4). The magnetization in magnetic fields ( H ) up to 52 T decreases with increasing Ru content x . The M – H curves for x =0 and 4 are almost linear in field, but that for x =1.5 is non-linear and shows a convex-bending in high magnetic fields. Furthermore, a large negative MR about −70% at 52 T is observed for x =1.5. These experimental results suggest that the magnetic field increases the itinerancy for x =1.5.
