Zusammenfassung: | The results of tests of a new drop trap (condensation trap) consisting of a bed of irregularly stacked ceramic packing of the trademark N3C at airflow velocities 1, 1.5, and 3.2 m/sec, referred to the full cross section of the empty apparatus, are reported. The results are depicted in the form of dependence of the drop trapping efficiency on the airflow velocities and the packing bed height. The obtained data are compared with those for familiar drop traps. |
