Zusammenfassung:	Micro-Abstract The purpose of the current study was to clarify the clinical role of IGF1R in 285 cases of NSCLC. The expression of IGF1R and Ki-67 was evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis. A significant relationship was observed between IGF1R and Ki-67 expression in NSCLC. IGF1R expression predicts postoperative recurrence in patients with NSCLC of adenocarcinoma type but not in patients with nonadenocarcinoma type.
