Formation of crystallographic texture in titanium-alloyed IF steel
The texture formation in the manufacture of IF steel is investigated. In hot-rolled strip, the orientation {220}(uvw) dominates. As a result of cold rolling, {222}( uvw ) and {200}(wvw) become the basic orientations, with considerable attenuation of the [220]( uvw ) orientation. Increasing the tempe...

Zusammenfassung: | The texture formation in the manufacture of IF steel is investigated. In hot-rolled strip, the orientation {220}(uvw) dominates. As a result of cold rolling, {222}(
uvw
) and {200}(wvw) become the basic orientations, with considerable attenuation of the [220](
uvw
) orientation. Increasing the temperature of recrystallization annealing further increases the pole plane of orientation {222}(wvw)and increases the plasticity. The quantity of disperse particles is a maximum at an annealing temperature of 825°C. Collective recrystallization is accompanied by increase in the pole plane of orientation {222}(uvw). |
