Zusammenfassung:We have made measurements with the optical method of the temperature and electron density distributions in an ionized gas flow induced by a high-frequency barrier discharge in the presence of air flow. Interaction with the incident flow leads to a maximum of the average-temperature distribution in the vicinity of the needle electrodes, and a maximum of the average electron density in the region of the opposite electrode.
