Zusammenfassung: | The possibility of obtaining composite powders of alpha -Si sub(3)N sub(4)-Y sub(2)O sub(3) and alpha -Si sub(3)N sub(4)-MgO by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is studied. It is established that the alpha arrow right beta phase transformation starts at temperatures lower than the melting points of the corresponding eutectics. Metastable composite powders based on alpha -Si sub(3)N sub(4) with a high rate of phase transition are obtained. The composite powders ( alpha -Si sub(3)N sub(4)-Y sub(2)O sub(3), alpha -Si sub(3)N sub(4)-MgO) are used in hot pressing technology. |
