Zusammenfassung:A matrix-vector criterion for the terminal invariance of the state variables at the terminal point in time under nonzero initial conditions in a deterministic control system of a plant motion is proposed. In distinction from the scalar third terminal invariance form studied earlier, the proposed criterion makes it possible to take into account nonzero initial conditions for state variables.
